- Collecting Information
Zoom In May Collect Personal Information defined as “information about an identifiable individual, including but not limited to the following: first and last name, mailing address, email address, phone number.” Zoom In’s website may also collect and store additional information such as baby’s name, baby’s birth date, and/or other applicable details or information that may be relevant to the services we provide to you. When subscribing for paid services or placing ecommerce orders on our website we may also collect your billing address, billing and credit card information, shipping addresses, and payment preferences.
Zoom In may collect personal information through its website or its representatives, photographers, employees, customer services team, account registration and/or other online and electronic activity with Zoom In. Zoom In may also collect this information using direct user input and cookies. Cookies are small files written to your hard drive to help Zoom In identify your subscription level and account info. We utilize cookies to make using the service more convenient and efficient for you. We may also collect IP addresses for administration and demographic purposes. We do not, however, link IP addresses to your computer’s User ID, and may use this information to help identify fraudulent transactions.
Zoom In collects this information to enhance its services offered to you, this includes but is not limited to, processing orders and bookings, processing payments, process account requests, communicating information about its services and offers, responding to requests for information, enhancing performance and services, sending you any relevant notifications or reminders you may have requested, shipping your products to you.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information defined as “anonymous information that Zoon In does not associate with Personal Information”.

All information collected by Zoom In is gathered directly from you, our customer. We never obtain personal information or any other information from the hospital or your medical records or files.

This technology encrypts information you send us to avoid it being intercepted before reaching our secure HTTPS servers. Any sensitive billing information is then stored in an encrypted format so that even Zoom In personnel does not have access to it.
Although Zoom In strives to protect your privacy, the nature of the Internet does not allow absolute security. We assume no responsibility or liability for the disclosure of any of your information due to errors in transmission, unauthorized third-party access or other causes beyond our reasonable control.
Zoom In assumes no responsibility for the disclosure of information of any subscriber or visitor to photographers in the event an order is placed for fulfillment with photographer. You specifically agree to hold Zoom In harmless from any liability arising out of the use or misuse of any information submitted in the process of placing orders to be fulfilled by photographers.
- Third Party Sites and/or Services
Third-party suppliers on Zoom In’s website are responsible for collection of payment and for other payment collection, refunds and shipping related to the product(s) purchased. Zoom In cannot accept any responsibility for any payment or other interactions agreed between you and the third-party supplier. You must keep the secrecy of any password or personal information at all times.
Zoom In assumes no responsibility or liability for information that you voluntarily disclose in a public area or forum.

If you successfully register with Zoom In’s website, you will have an “Account” for the use of the services offered by Zoom In to account holders. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or Account. General Users. The pages and services offered on Zoom In’s website are available to users that do not have accounts with Zoom In. General users do not have access to all of the content and/or services available to account holders.
